Updating Your Payment Details

 

 

How do you pay for your TPG service?

 

 


Credit Card

To update your credit card details, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Log into Your Account at www.tpg.com.au/account 

2. Click Update Contact & Payment Details

 

3. Select Update/Enter Credit Card Details

 

4. Update your credit card details, and then click Update Details Now.





 

Direct Debit/Bank Account


To update your direct debit details, please follow the simple steps below:

1. Log into Your Account at www.tpg.com.au/account 

2. Click Update Contact & Payment Details

 

3. Select Update/Enter Direct Debit Details

 

4. Fill in your bank account details, and then click Update Details Now.



This account update is immediate and will be applied on your next charge. 

We highly advise that you update your credit card details whenever a change occurs. If you fail to notify TPG of your new details, TPG may not be able to automatically charge you and therefore may be forced to stop your current service.
